By accessing our website or purchasing any balance plan product, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. About Our Services

Movementplant provides personalized work-walk balance planning services designed to help professionals integrate structured walking intervals into their workday. Our products include the Foundation Stride Plan (€79), Professional Rhythm Plan (€159), and Executive Balance Framework (€299). Each plan delivers customized scheduling guidance, route recommendations, printable rhythm guides, and varying levels of email support and walk-plan coaching as described on our product pages.

Our services are educational and organizational in nature. They provide guidance on scheduling and movement integration but do not constitute professional fitness training, medical advice, or occupational health services. You are responsible for assessing your own physical capability and consulting appropriate professionals if you have health concerns before beginning any walking program.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older. By using our website or purchasing a balance plan, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

To purchase a work-walk balance plan, you may contact us through the form on our website or reach out directly via the contact details provided. Upon receiving your inquiry or order, we will confirm product details, pricing, and delivery timeline. Plan materials are delivered electronically via email unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for providing accurate contact information and schedule details necessary for plan customization.

All prices displayed on movementplant.world are in Euros (€) and include applicable Finnish value-added tax (VAT) where required. Prices for the Foundation Stride Plan, Professional Rhythm Plan, and Executive Balance Framework are as listed on our product pages at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify prices for future orders but will honor the price confirmed at the time of your purchase. Payment terms and accepted methods will be communicated during the order confirmation process.

5. Delivery and Fulfillment

Upon confirmed payment, we begin the plan customization process. Delivery timelines vary by product:

Support periods begin upon plan delivery and are limited to the durations specified for each product: 7 days for Foundation Stride, 14 days for Professional Rhythm, and 30 days for Executive Balance.

All content on movementplant.world, including text, graphics, logos, plan templates, route guides, methodology descriptions, and software, is the property of Movementplant or its licensors and is protected by Finnish and international intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use delivered plan materials for your own professional balance planning. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written consent.

You should verify route safety and accessibility before each walk. Movementplant is not liable for injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring during walks undertaken following our plan recommendations.

Our services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, Movementplant disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from following our balance plans, such as improved productivity, energy levels, or fitness results. Individual experiences vary based on personal circumstances, adherence to plans, and external factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Movementplant and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchased balance plan shall not exceed the amount you paid for that specific plan. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Finnish law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Movementplant from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, misuse of our materials, or activities undertaken during walks following our plan recommendations.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in conduct harmful to our business or other users. Upon termination, your license to use plan materials ceases, though provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to resolve through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Helsinki, Finland. Consumers residing in the EU retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence where permitted by applicable consumer protection law.
